considering a project i probably shouldn’t

Detroit has an annual erotic art show that I hope to submit something for. The problem is that time has slipped away from me. The deadline for submissions is in two weeks and I haven’t finalized my ideas. This is a routine problem for me, waiting until the last possible minute (for various reasons) to start a fun project. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my plan is to do an automaton with various moving parts, hopefully obscene. It’s insane to consider a project like this on such short notice but here I am considering it even though I know it will consume me if I decide to pursue it and I’ll have to dumb it down. Must carefully map out possible project ideas tonight before deciding. Hmmm…
